This Study Abroad Agency Application Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the study abroad agency (the "Agency") and the student (the "Applicant").
1. Services Provided by the Agency
The Agency agrees to provide the following services to the Applicant:
- Assistance in selecting appropriate educational institutions
- Guidance on the application process
- Preparation of necessary documents for application
- Submission of applications to educational institutions on behalf of the Applicant
- Arrangement of interviews, if required
- Support and guidance throughout the visa application process
- Pre-departure orientation and support
2. Obligations of the Applicant
The Applicant agrees to fulfill the following obligations:
- Provide accurate and truthful information to the Agency
- Promptly provide all necessary documents and information required for the application process
- Pay the Agency's service fees as agreed upon
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the selected educational institution
3. Fees and Payments
The Applicant agrees to pay the Agency's service fees as specified in the fee schedule provided by the Agency. Payments shall be made in accordance with the agreed-upon payment plan. The Applicant understands that these fees are non-refundable.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Applicant understands that the Agency is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or failures in the application process caused by the applicant's own actions, including but not limited to the submission of inaccurate or incomplete information.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the application process confidential. The Agency will not disclose any personal information of the Applicant without prior permission, unless required by law.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Applicant shall not be entitled to a refund of any service fees paid.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Country/State].
8. Entire Agreement
